Boys Playing With Dolls

For boys as it is with girls, playing with dolls is a game of identification. The child learns to recognize the maternal figures in his paternal family. The game is a way to see how the child sees his parents. When a boy child dresses and undresses their baby or doll, he also plans mostly in a male role, that of the father or the doctor.

The respective positions and attitudes of everyone in the family circle are critical to the sexuality of the child because it will be hard to take his own sex if man is not the best role. In this way, the child can identify, appreciate and respect the role of positive parents.

You should not prevent a boy playing with the dinette or a doll because it could be the risk of achieving the opposite result. When there is a ban too authoritarian, the child may have the desire to do so in secret. Thus, when the child plays with dolls, parents must simply verify that the identification is masculine. In all cases, the male figure, such as father, stepfather, grandfather, among others, will, in turn, give a positive image of man.
